Privacy notice

This site is operated by [Operator name], Switzerland (“we”). It demonstrates workflow automation for wealth and asset management using fictional data. We keep personal data processing to the minimum needed to run the site and reply to enquiries.

Demonstration data

All clients, portfolios, documents and figures in the demonstrations are fictional. Nothing you do in a demonstration is sent to us, and no real screening, compliance or investment process is performed. Please do not upload real client documents — the demos only use built-in sample files.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your name, company, work email and optional message solely to reply to you. The message is delivered to us by email via our email provider (Resend). We do not add you to a mailing list and delete enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship within 12 months.

Usage analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand which pages and demonstrations are used. It records aggregated events such as “demo started” and does not identify you personally.

Personalised demonstration pages

Some pages are personalised for a specific company using publicly available brand information (company name, logo, colours, location). We do not collect information about individual employees for this purpose. These pages are excluded from search engines. If you represent a company and would like its page removed, email us and we will remove it promptly.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Server logs may contain IP addresses for security purposes and are retained only briefly.

You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time: hello@example.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
